There has been no time in modern history that the witness of the church has been intensely called into question. There has always been antagonism from anti-Christian voices but the overwhelming “evangelical” support of the election of President Trump threw this over the top. Yet, the world still needs the gospel, it still needs the faithful witness of the church, and we cannot renege on God’s divine mandate to make disciples!
