Have you ever experienced an unexpected disruption of your life? Has your life just been flowing along very nicely thank you, and then suddenly everything seems to stop. Detail:

Sermon Points

Kerith is the place where God closes the door on what you wanted to do for
Him.

Kerith is the place God withholds what you most want to do.

Kerith is where God closes the door on your dreams and desires and leaves you
with no exit door.

Kerith is an unplanned and unexplained interruption into your life that, when it
happens, leaves you bewildered, off balance and sometimes fearful.

What God Is Actually doing When You’re in Kerith

Kerith is a place of protection and nurture. All your needs are being met.

Kerith is the place where God will teach you some of the deep things about
Himself, things you cannot learn anywhere else.

Kerith is God’s womb. It is quiet in the womb. You are not aware that you are
being carried by another. But in that quiet, you are being formed for what God
is about to give you.

Kerith is God’s training academy for the next great assignment or season in your
life. It is God’s equivalent of the Navy Seal training program. It is where God
culls the contenders from the pretenders.

Remember the Kerith is a place of torrential warfare and satanic mind
games. So gird yourself each day for battle.

Remember that because you may feel alone, doesn’t mean you’re alone.
It simply means that God has chosen to continue to write your story in
invisible ink. It is another way He has for protecting you.

Pastor Aldo and Bishop like to say, “please be seated in the presence of
the Lord”. When you’re in Kerith, especially when you feel alone,
remember that you are still in the presence of the Lord. He sees
everything you do and He hears everything you say. So, fight against
words and deeds of ANGER, ACCUSATION and ABANDONMENT. Don’t let
down your guard, for your enemy prowls about like a roaring lion, seeking
for someone to destroy. In the midst of Job’s enormous misery, he never
charged the Lord with his problems.

Train your eyes and your thoughts to look for touches from the Lord.
Often, they are hidden in plain sight behind all the discouragement. Look
for them. Seek them out. Like the ravens who showed up briefly each day,
you can forget to see and be grateful for the common blessings of life.
